1) Conduct and be part of an ongoing discussion - engaged in a dialogue. Want Missourians to be able to see and hear him directly - in addition to his travels around the state.
2) Admits he's not a social networking genius, but is trying anyway. Good joke about Twitter. Just got his first iPod. I like the tone - he's going to learn as he goes along.

Kinder: The Cape - and still go there.
Rudy Keller: Political Advertising is very expensive. How much does this cost?
Kinder: Will show how much in our fundraising report - gave us actual figure.
How is fundraising going?
Kinder: we're going to be very happy - very proud of it - blowout quarter
What about economic bill?
Kinder: Governor saw it differently, and we're going to move forward, and make it happen in September.
I asked: What are you going to do to get Republicans elected statewide?
Kinder: I have a record that goes back to Junior High School of helping other Republicans - gave a short list of what he's done to help people, and still does. Helped build majority in Senate over last several decades. Last year, when off ballot, agreed to go anywhere that anyone needed him.
Also helped Charter schools - named them. Discussed his work in inner city schooling (missed name).
Rudy: Restrictions on commenters? Can they be anonymous?
David All answers: as long as it is not profanity or spam.
Kinder: And no vicious personal comments - that's not what this is about.
Missouri Pulse: What was your role in the Social Security tax elimination
Kinder: Was heavily involved - we are one of the few states that tax SS earnings, and we're looking forward to the elimination of it. We're also following property tax protests - and following the complaints of people being taxed out of their home. Are heavily into the that issue.
MOTO: {says the rest of us are throwing him softballs}| How much did Paul McKee give to your committee?
Kinder: $11,000 - and it was reported.
MOTO: What about his fundraiser?
Kinder: Not much - that will be in the financial report coming out, and it was all in the first quarter.
We were invited to this as well (not sure how they got our contact info), but unfortunately we have a daytime job :(
