I got a confidential e-mail purported to be from a well-known politician yesterday. I wonder as to its accuracy?
Ok, here’s the deal. I really loved the power of controlling this vast country. Sure, the charges of abusing my power, and using it for my personal benefit, was a hassle, but it was just a fly buzzing around my ears. I did what I wanted, when I wanted. The public loved me and they still do. If it wasn’t for this out dated language in the Constitution, I’d still be in power. Here’s my plan. Everyone really knows what I’m doing, but, wink, wink, it’s best for the country anyway. I’m so loved. I have this “close colleague” that I’ll put into the presidential office with my political machine and magnetic personality. Then, I can sit back and exert my power from behind the scenes whenever I want and have fun, at the same time, when ever I want. What a great country!!!

It was his poor mastery of the English ('out dated' vs. 'outdated' language that tipped me off. Our guys have much better speech writers.
