The Obama Camp has had a diificult time responding to a series of hard-hitting McCain Ads targeting Barack Obama as an empty suit trying to get nominated on the basis of Hollywood popularity. The arrogance of the presumed Democratic nominee, along with his blatant appeals to racism (vote for me Republicans are going to say I'm black) has given the candidate a bad image - that of someone so wrapped up in a bubble, they can't laugh at themselves.

Luckily, Americans don't take to pompous windbags (one reason he's reached his popularity ceiling in the polls). I think it's safe to say that Obamania has jumped the shark. I'm sorry to do this to you guys
