The St. Louis Tea Party website had some mysterious details about a high level operative that flew in from D.C. last Friday to organize some event in St. Louis.
- The operative, an African-American man, arrived on American Airlines flight 401
- The operative boarded flight AA401 in Washington, DC
- He wore all black—sweatshirt, sweats—and a fraternity ball cap bearing Greek letters
- He is working with Valerie Jarrett, the committed communist and Obama’s “brain”
The operative liked to talk about how connected he was. He was described by multiple people as "arrogant and angry," and dropped names including E.J. Dionne, Biden's staff, Valerie Jarrett, and folks at CNN. He had a lot to say about Jimmy Carter's racism comments, sneering that CNN didn't get it was a third level racism.
And then he started talking about an event in St Louis. He mentioned thousands of people. And he specifically said he had a method to "deal with the Tea Partiers."
This individual was such a disturbance, people started to pay attention, and then they passed on that information to us. Knowing that the HCAN rallies against the insurance companies were taking place this week, we decided to pop by during the lunch break and see if Mr. Big Shot was there. This isn't the best picture for a full identification, but the individual you're about to see was at the rally, hidden back in the tree line, avoiding photographs and simmering with anger. It's unclear if that's just his basic nature, or if he was unhappy with the crowd number or the press coverage. Eyewitness reports from the plane say this looks like the same guy, and his behavior was clearly that of an organizer trying to stay out of the limelight. Maybe he was there for support, or maybe this was his event, but in any case, I'd like to know what a big mouthed operative from DC was doing in St Louis at a HCAN organized protest that coincided with 150 demonstrations across the country. Was this a White House organized event? Is this what he was in town for, or can we expect to see him at the Chase Park Plaza?ShowMeProgress makes it clear they received marching orders to bring people, and that signs would be supplied to create a coherent message. As you can see, those signs are being handed out and they say "Big Insurance, Sick of It." They also whine about press coverage, but then claim they had 2000 people at the other nationally organized rally at the IBEW hall. Heck, even Adam Shriver says they only had 500 people at that event. Maybe the problem is leftist protests organized from Washington, D.C. aren't really news.
Here's a google search for Big Insurance, Sick of It. Why, it's just HCAN, MoveOn, SEIU, ACORN (not meaning to repeat myself), and other groups all trying to pretend they're a new coalition, and not the same old band of lefties working under orders from the old Obama campaign, OFA.
We hear a lot of accusations from lefty blogs and the national media about astroturfing at the Tea Parties. What you see here is clear evidence that the national organizations connected to the centers of power in Washington D.C. attempted to create fake rallies to brand insurance companies as evil opponents of reform. We're not surprised the local media didn't cover the rally. But as we track down this guy (thank you photo recognition software), you can be sure that the press attention that ShowMeProgress is craving will be forthcoming.
One last thing. Mr, Big Shot wears a bow tie. That might be helpful in identifying him. Maybe he shops at the same place as Tucker Carlson. Second image below.

Hey Guys,
Check out a video on KSDK.com (police an alert at health care protest about the weekly protest at K&N in O'Fallon. At the end of the video is a brief interview with a man VERY similar the the man from this news piece. You might want to look at it yourself. The gentleman the is interviewed at the end of the news piece showed up right at the end of the rally & stayed off to the side ( I remember seeing he walk up to the rally near the end of it). Check it out.

Kind of over-dressed for St Louis, don't you think?
