The attack on Kenneth Gladney by SEIU staff members gets all the press, but the August 6th townhall has another pugilist in the mix. No one even tries to deny that Cheryl Johner, the OFA activist arrested that same night, told Kelly Owens to shut up and then punched her.
The attack was videotaped, and witnessed by a police officer, who promptly arrested Johner.
Johner is also on tape saying "you started it, and now you don't like it," in reference to the kicking of Gladney while he was on the ground.
Knowing as we do that an OFA member has already punched a Tea Party activist, does OFA really want to remind people that they sent people to rumble in the streets? Apparently so, as their new slogan is "You Fight, We'll Fight."
What's next, a television campaign advertising a Town Hall Putsch? Maybe a wall of videos called "My Struggle?" Perhaps a series of tshirts with the slogan, "Brown is the new Green?"
OFA sent Missouri Members to the Carnahan Town Hall to make sure they had the loudest voices. The day of the town hall, the White House told Dems, if you get hit, we'll punch back twice as hard.
Brilliant messaging.
