You know you're scraping the bottom of the barrel when the best attack you can come up with is based around ignorance of the internet.
FiredUp got all sweaty and bothered about a post by Ed Martin covering the St Louis Tea Party anniversary held underneath the Arch. In the FiredUp post, which is written with maximum snark, and in Temple's tweet, which asks Republicans to disavow extremism, the complaint is made about photographs showing Barack Obama in a unfavorable light. Temple and Nicholson, who represent the old and new guard of Democratic party hacks, make the accusation based on .... a slideshow.
That's right. 40 pictures that include such horrible extremists as
Associated Press reporter David Lieb!
Quick - call the Southern Poverty Law Center - the Tea Party has infiltrated the media! Lieb is listening to one of them, and taking notes?
The horror!
Oh. Mein Gott In Himmel. And it's a German Shephard! He doesn't have a sign around his neck, but the message is clear. His owner is making the statement that he supports fascists.
You know Hitler had two German Shephard's don't you? Oh, the humanity!
And this is the most public yet of the Tea Party crimes against the Republic.
These are children!
Horrible little brainwashed children who never even had a chance to read Noam Chomsky or write essays about how racist their parents are.
I tell you - it's time to call Child Protective Services. Who allows their children to hang out with so many mobsters. Think of all the violence that was waiting to erupt.
(of course - SEIU and OFA were not there, so there was no violence. There never is when they aren't paid to show up and pick a fight).
I guess it's a good sign for Ed that the best FiredUp and the vaunted Roy Temple can do is try to pull photographs from a flippin' slideshow and use it to attack him. We know that Rubberstamp Russ isn't going to show up and debate him on any issues.
What is Russ going to say?
"Ed woud vote to defund my brother! He must be stopped!'
Pathetic. That's what the left has become. They'll call us names, and they'll act offended, but the reality is the short reign of the Carnahans is coming to a painful end. We can't kick this family out of Missouri politics soon enough.
Give 'em hell, Martin.
Speaking of that Temple Tweet - he has two in a row.
The first repeats Mindy "America Votes" Mazur retweeting an article by the above featured David Lieb that Lincoln Days and the Tea Party didn't have a lot of overlap. If the Tea Party is all a bunch of astroturfed Republicans, how exactly is that possible? Could it be the Tea Party is really a bunch of people who previously were uninvolved in politics, but have been energized by the failures of both parties?
Sure it could.

Boy, I sure do love your sarcasm! It is appropriate for the disgust I share.
Keep up the good posts!
P.S. It sure was cold that day...but the love was HOT!

Excellent article. The anniversary celebration was great and it was good to see so many that were fired up and ready to finish off this year with their battle armor ready for the progressives and to vote for the most conservative candidates coming up front to help MO instead of hurting her. You sure don't want what we have in IL but that is changing as well because of the T.E.A. Party peps and all the other groups that are out there igniting talk of "Conservatism" to what use to be, less than political active dinner tables. They are starting to get the message, and they are talking it up.
Keep up the great work. You are all an inspiration to the people.
