Public Service Announcement For Jefferson City Law Enforcement

A serious crime is believed to have been committed in the vicinity of Jefferson City.  It seems that a Missouri citizen was pistol-whipped in a bar, but I can't seem to find any information online or in publicly available crime reports about the incident.
