Russ Carnahan Films No On Prop C Commercial

Missouri's current congressman for the third district films a "no on prop c" commercial for his former employer, BJC.  BJC, a non-profit, paid the Congressman $88,000 a year from 2000-2004 while he was a State Rep, despite Carnahan no longer being registered as a lobbyist.

Also, Carnahan sold his boat.
